1. Browser storage

The site uses browser storage for two purposes: to remember your decisions about notices and analytics consent, and - only after you consent - for the PostHog analytics described below. State essential to forms and navigation is used while you interact with those controls.

2. PostHog analytics

With your consent we use the PostHog analytics tool (PostHog Inc.; data processed on servers in the European Union) to measure visits and conversions (e.g. reservation clicks) and to record sessions - cursor movement and interactions with the page; form fields are masked.

Without consent, analytics runs in anonymous mode only: events are not linked to any identifier stored in your browser and nothing is written to browser storage. Session recording stays off.

You can withdraw consent at any time with the button on this page; withdrawal stops recording and removes analytics identifiers from your browser.

3. What we store

Storage essential to the site:

• sisi-analytics-consent (localStorage) - stores the value "granted" or "denied", i.e. your analytics decision.
• sisi-summer-fri-2026-dismissed (localStorage) - stores only the value "dismissed" so the summer Friday closure notice stays hidden after you close it. The record is removed after 28 August 2026.
• Essential form and navigation state - stored only for the current interaction with the site.

4. Storage written after consent

After you click "Accept", PostHog stores:

• ph_..._posthog (localStorage and a cookie, up to 365 days) - browser and session identifier plus analytics settings.
• PostHog session entries (sessionStorage) - identifiers for the current session and window, removed when the tab closes.

5. Managing storage

• The consent notice appears until you make a decision; your choice stores the value "granted" or "denied".
• You can withdraw consent with the "Withdraw analytics consent" button on this page.
• You can manage site storage in your browser settings. Restricting essential storage may affect how the site works.
